Doris L. Ward

Doris Ward, aged 87, of Sand Lake, passed away Monday, December 26, 2005. Doris was preceded in death by her husband Howard in 2001, her parents, her mother and father-in-law, a brother and sister-in-law. She was a member of the Harmony Springs Chapter of the Eastern Star and the Social Order of the Beaceant. Surviving are her daughter, Patricia (Gordon) Clark of Sand Lake; a grandson, Brian; a brother, Ernest Ingles of Hillsdale; a sister, Agnes W. Ingles of St. Petersburg, FL; two nephews and five nieces. Funeral services for Doris will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs, under the auspices of the Harmony Springs Chapter of the Eastern Star. Interment will take place at Solon Cemetery. Memorial contributions to any State Veterans Home or Hospice of Michigan have been suggested. Visitation Monday 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
