Donald J. Hagen

Donald J. Hagen, 89 of Novi, died Saturday, April 25, 2009 at the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans. Mr. Hagen was born March 17, 1920 in Batavia, NY. He served his country for 4 years in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II and retired from the assembly line at General Motors. Surviving are 2 children, Ronald Hagen and Luanne Virkus; 2 brothers, Jack Hagen and Dick Hagen. Visitation will be held Thursday from 12:15 pm until time of service at 1:00 pm at the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans. Chaplain John Poston officiating. Burial will take place in the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans Cemetery. Arrangements by Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs.
