Diane L. Van Os

Diane Lynn Van Os, 60 of Howard City, ascended to heaven on Monday, December 14, 2015. Diane was a beautiful and loving wife, mother and friend to many who showed loved to everyone she came in contact with. She was caring and an inspiration to others. She had a passion for life, people, teaching, art, nature, animals and enjoyed traveling. She had a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Aquinas College and had taught in public and charter schools. Diane brightened every room she walked into. She was a joy to be around and we were blessed to have such a wonderful wife and mother. She will be truly missed. Surviving are her husband, Donald; and daughter, Allison. She was preceded in death by her son, Kurt in 2007. The family will greet friends Saturday from 11:00 am until time of service at 12 noon at Resurrection Life Church, 14734 215th Avenue, Big Rapids. Pastor Ron Witbeck officiating. Private interment Elmwood Cemetery, Cedar Springs. Memorial contributions to Juvenile Diabetes or Heartland Hospice, Fremont.
