Darwin (Jack) Smith, Sr.

Darwin Jack Smith, Sr., 75 of Cedar Springs, died Sunday, April 20, 2008 at Metron of Cedar Springs. Jack was born February 21, 1933 in Solon Township, MI the son of Alden and Lewellyn Smith. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Surviving are his wife Donna (Spencer); 2 children, Darwin Jack Smith, Jr., Kathleen Louise (Daniel) Flachs; 5 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Dean Smith and a brother, Buck Smith. Cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Interment of cremains will take place in Solon Township Cemetery. Arrangements by Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs.
