Darcey D. Raymond, Jr.

Darcey D. Raymond, Jr. 44 of Cedar Springs died Friday, September 11, 2009 at his home after an 18 month battle with cancer. Darcey was born October 28, 1964 in Harbor Beach, MI the son of Darcey and Diana (Heiss) Raymond, Sr. He had owned and operated Unity Foods and enjoyed woodworking. He was a great husband and father and will be greatly missed. Surviving are his wife Debora, 1 son, Steven Thompson; 1 sister, Darla & Ricki Myers; father and step mother, Darcey & Sandra Raymond, Sr.; grandfather, David Heiss; grandmother, Wanda Raymond; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will take place Saturday, September 19, 2009 at 2:00 pm at the United Methodist Church, Cedar Springs. Pastors Mary Ivanov and Gary Meyers officiating.
