Curtis T. Parkhurst

Curtis T. Parkhurst age 55 of Sand Lake, died Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at Corewell Health Meijer Heart Center. He was born November 5, 1967 in Grand Rapids, MI the son of Curtis and Darlene (Heath) Parkhurst. He was the Operations Manager at MAHLE Industrial Thermal Systems where he had worked over 20 years. Curtis enjoyed golfing, fixing and building things, traveling, boating, socializing and his family. His favorite holiday was July 4th. Surviving are his wife, Tonia (Van Ast); children, Crystal (Josh), Curtis James “CJ”, Courtney (Ryan), Collin (Jessica); grandchildren, Jada, Ryan and Maddox; stepmother, Jennette Parkhurst; brothers, Jim (Julie), Jack (Lori) and Bob; sister, Kathy (Dale); numerous nieces and nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, and a sister, Peggy. A celebration of his life will be held Sunday, May 7 from 1 – 3 pm at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 180 Northland Dr. Sand Lake. Arrangements by K.E. Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs.
