Craig W. Caswell

Craig William Caswell age 78, of Howard City went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, June 29, 2026. He was born January 13, 1948 in Midland, the son of Charles and Myra (Wheatley) Caswell. Craig graduated from Farwell High school and served in the United States Army. He worked for 24 years at Thornapple Valley and 13 years at Steelcase. Craig was a member of Pierson Bible Church for several years and Morley American Legion Post #554. He had a passion for fishing, hunting and cheering for the University of Michigan. Craig cherished the time he could spend with friends and family.

He is survived by his daughter, Michelle (Vern) Decker; granddaughter, Kristin (Eric) Morrison; grandson, Jason (Korin Hollingshead) Richardson; great-grandson, Elliot Morrison. Craig was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Elaine in 2025; son, Terrance; sisters, Donna, Kay; and brother, Charles.

There will be a graveside service 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 8 at Reynolds Township Cemetery, Howard City with a small committal and military honors. Celebration of life will follow at 11:00 a.m., at Pierson Bible Church. Officiating Pastor Tom Ekkel.
