Constance M. Maurer

Constance M. Maurer age 81 of Sand Lake, died Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital. She was born September 15, 1942 in Saginaw, MI the daughter of Robert and Irene (McCollum) Cooley. She enjoyed cooking and was an avid gardener. She was very involved in Resurrection Lutheran Church, Sand Lake and led the choir for 13 years. Surviving are a daughter and her fiancé, Darci Maurer and John Biedzynski; brother-in-law, Samuel Jeffers; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Merrill; son, Donald; daughter, Danielle Moore; sisters, Patsy Thorpe and Sharon Jeffers. A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, February 3 at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 180 Northland Dr. Sand Lake. Pastor Phil Chaffee officiating. Private family interment Pierson Cemetery.
