Codey A. Rodwell

Codey Allen Rodwell, 18 years of age, died July 8, 2015 at Spectrum Hospital of injuries following a dirt bike accident. Codey’s love of outdoor sports and all things with wheels and motors began at a young age and grew with each year. At the time of his death Codey was employed at Platinum PowerSports in Rockford and he planned to complete mechanic’s certification. Codey is survived by his parents, Todd and Carrie Rodwell, his sister Miah and brother Kaiden. He is also survived by his grandparents Megan Winchester, Robert and Linda Kimble, Tim and Judy Knight, Gary and Karen Rodwell, and great-grandparents, Carol Cox and Oscar Kimble. Left to cherish his memory are numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins in the United States and Australia. Codey leaves behind a large group of close friends and their families. Codey was preceeded in death by his great-grandparents, Jack and Winifred Knight, Marjorie Kimble, and Albert and Molly Westcott, Arlene DenBesten and Virgil Cox. A Celebration of Life to honor Codey will take place on Sunday July 26, 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. (Service at 2:30) at Long Lake Park Pavilion, Sparta, Michigan, 49345.
