Clifford A. Chase Jr.

Clifford A. Chase went peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Mission Point of Cedar Springs. He was born December 22, 1943 to Clifford A. and Ila (Smith) Chase of Sand Lake. Cliff’s early occupation as foreman in commercial roofing was followed by training huskies to race in the state of Alaska. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, farming and training animals. Clifford is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, Lincoln (Agnes) Chase, Robert (Lula) Smith, grandson, Nicholas Fisk. He is survived by his daughter, Sonya (Thomas) Cronkright; grandchildren, Andrew (Leah) Cronkright, Hope (Kneight) Reinagel, Timothy (Heather) Fisk; great grandchildren, Noah, Josiah, Brynn, Ethan, Rayanne, Harmony, Sabrina, Dominic; great great granddaughter, Alice; sister, Sheryll (Dale) Montgomery; nephew, Craig (Stephanie) Montgomery; niece, Angela (John) McClendon; many extended family and friends. Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held Friday, May 12, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Ashland Center Cemetery, Grant. Pastor Mike Hubbard officiating. Arrangements by K.E.
