Clarence "Pete" Porter

Clarence R. “Pete” Porter age 83 passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at Mission Point of Cedar Springs. He was born May 30, 1940 in Grand Rapids, MI the son of Edward and Mildred (Smith) Porter. Pete enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and skeet shooting. Surviving are his children, Terry (Lori) Porter, Mark Porter, Vicki Porter, Bonnie Magoon, Dawn Cross & Gary Zank, Norma (Steve) McCullen, Matt (Shelley) Porter, Shelley (Wayne) Bulliss; 16 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; sister, Josephine Magoon; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; great great grandson, Lorenzo Leon; 11 brothers and sisters. The family will greet friends Monday, April 1 from 11:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm at the K.E. Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. Bruce Deur officiating. Interment Solon Township Cemetery.
