Brenda J. Ridgeway

Brenda J. Ridgeway age 67 of Sand Lake, died Tuesday, October 2, 2023 at her home. She was born January 1, 1956 in Lakeview, MI the daughter of the late Lester and Mary (Reed) Ridgeway. She had a successful career in security system sales and had a smile that would light up the room. No one could tell a story like she could. Brenda was a member of the Grand Rapids Optimist Club and a founding member of the Tri-County Eagles Auxiliary. She enjoyed writing stories, poems, reading and sitting by her pool. Surviving are her daughter, Jennifer Merlington; brothers, Gorden (Patty) Ridgeway, Ridge Ridgeway; sister, Kay Ridgeway. The family will greet friends Friday, October 13 from 11:00 am until time of memorial service at 12:00 pm at the United Methodist Church, 65 W. Maple St. Sand Lake with a luncheon to follow.
