Beverly A. Schaap

Beverly A. Schaap age 84 of Cedar Springs, went to be with her Lord on Friday, July 17, 2026 at her home. She was born December 28, 1941 in Lakeview, MI the daughter of Francis and Verita (Barnum) DeVries. She loved the Lord and her faith was very important to her. Beverly enjoyed photography, genealogy, camping and collecting pigs. She was friendly, enjoyed helping others and always had a smile on her face. She loved her family and adored her grandkids. Surviving are her husband, Gerald “Jerry”; children, David (Cyndi) Schaap, Sue (Randy) Nagle; grandkids, Alex (Brittany) Norton, Whitney (Chris) Hammond, Jeremy (April) Schaap, Jessica (William) MacTavish, Jennifer (Kenneth) Green, Jonathon (Shelby) Schaap; 17 great grandkids; sister, Patricia Smith. The family will greet friends Wednesday, July 22 from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am at the K.E. Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. Pastor Josh Tanner officiating. Interment Altona Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Gentiva Hospice.
