Arlene C. Bowers

Arlene C. Bowers age 73 of Cedar Springs, died Friday, February 23, 2024 at Corewell Health – Butterworth Hospital. She was born February 23, 1951 in Grand Rapids, MI the daughter of George and Shirley (Mitchell) Davis Jr. She enjoyed crocheting and traveling and was always ready for an adventure. Her favorite holiday was Christmas and she loved the Hallmark Channel. She loved her family and grandchildren. Surviving are her children, Harold Bowers III, Judith (Aaron) Amacher, Ann (Matthew) Rupar; grandchildren, Aaron, Wylie and Lucy; brothers, Michael (Terry) Davis, Bill (Kim) Davis, Raymond Davis, Ronald Davis, Roger Davis; sisters, Sharon (Anthony) McGarry, Janet Bowers; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold in 2008; brothers, Richard, Wayne and George Davis. The family will greet friends Friday, March 1 from 6-8 pm at the K.E. Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs where the service will be held Saturday 11:00 am. Pastor Matthew Shoffner officiating. Interment Solon Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
