Arleita E. Fleck

Arleita E. Fleck, 87 of Cedar Springs, went to be with her Lord and Saviour on Friday, December 13, 2013. Arleita was born May 22, 1926 in Lakeview, MI the daughter of Carmie and Lillie (Johnson) Griffis. She enjoyed puzzles and loved her family and grandchildren very much. She was a faithful member and had served at both, First Baptist Church, Cedar Springs and Huggard Bible Church. After moving to her daughter’s home she began attending First Baptist Church, Big Rapids. Surviving are her children, Wilma & Virgil Reed, Patricia & David Marek, Dawn & Ray Andrus; 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; sister, Arlene Custer; brothers, Manuel Griffis, George & Elma Griffis, Chet Griffis; sister-in-law, Verla Beath; brother-in-law, Charles Adams. She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin; a daughter and her husband, Barbara & Jack Armstrong. The family will greet friends Tuesday from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am at Huggard Bible Church, 8860 21 Mile Road, Sand Lake. Pastor Bruce Peterson officiating. Interment East Nelson Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice of Fremont or the Commission on Aging of Mecosta County.
