Ardis Marie Gorby

Ardis M. Gorby age 97 of Trufant, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Spectrum Health United Memorial Campus, Greenville. Mrs. Gorby was born February 19, 1924 in Kent City, MI the daughter of Arthur and Ethel (Stone) Johnson. She had a strong faith and loved the Lord. She was a great mom. Surviving are her sons, Wayne (Elizabeth), Barth (JoAnn), Alan, Daniel (Karen); 14 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon; a great granddaughter, Madalynn; 4 brothers and sisters, Harold, Clarence, Adeline and Lucille. A private family graveside service will be held Wednesday at Idlewild Cemetery, Kent City. Arrangements by Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs.
