April Lanee McCarty age 43 passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Spectrum Health-Butterworth Hospital. April was born August 21, 1975 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Donald and Janet (Owen) Resler. She is survived by her father, Don (Wanda) Resler; sons, Nathan and Nicholas McCarty; sister, Holly (Warren) Bismarck; brother, Benjamin (Jennifer) Resler; step siblings, Tara Magoon, Tammy Wynsma, and Tim Magoon; husband, Kevin McCarty; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Janet Resler. The family will greet friends Monday 11:00 AM until the time of service at noon at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. Pastor Terri Cummins officiating. The family would appreciate memorial contributions to help with funeral expenses.
