Annie Louise Cotten “Puddin” 83 of St. Cloud, FL passed away Monday, March 30, 2009 at her home in Florida surrounded by her family after a short battle with cancer. She was born February 5, 1926 in Cross County, Arkansas the daughter of John and Mary Ora (Fitzpatrick) Bailey. Puddin raised her four children in Ensley Center and had a great love of playing cards, garage sales and her family. She had worked at Ore-Ida and Frigidaire in Greenville. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, 11 months, 23 days, Knute “Shine” Cotten; three children, Dennis (Jayne) Cotten of Grand Rapids, Debra (John) Castle of St. Cloud, FL, Kathy (Dan) Butler of Sand Lake; 7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; one sister, May Lyons; her dog, Misty. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Ollie Cotten in 1965 in Vietnam, one sister, three brothers, one grandson, Kyle Boss. The family will receive friends Friday from 5-8 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs, where services will be held Saturday 11:00 am. Pastor James Uhe officiating. Interment North Ensley Cemetery.
