Alex A. Phipps Iii

Alex Andrew Phipps III age 33 of Trufant, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2024. He was born February 21, 1991 in Grand Rapids, MI the son of Alex Phipps and Olive (Bliss) White. He worked as a machine operator at J-Star. Alex loved to play video games and was always willing to help anyone. He loved his son and was so happy to be a father. Surviving are his wife, Megan; son, Dade Alexander Phipps; parents, Olive White, Alex (Bridgette) Phipps; step mother, Ricki Phipps; sisters, Shelby Phipps, Shannon Phipps; step siblings, Stosha Wagenaar, Megan Wagenaar, April Ridout, Timothy White, Alyssa Six, Zach Hinton; grandparents, Alex (Deb) Phipps, Shirley Mockerman, Leland (Deb) Bliss, Roxanne (Chris) Bouck, Bill (Jennie) Hammer. He was preceded in death by his step father, Tim White; sister, Brooke Phipps; grandparents, Rick Mockerman and Dorothy Souls. The family will greet friends Thursday, March 28 from 11:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm at the K.E. Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs.
